I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to help us determine if we’re the right fit. This brief session is an opportunity to discuss your needs and goals and explore whether my expertise aligns with what you’re looking for.

It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and approach to therapy. Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I want us both to feel confident and comfortable moving forward together.

  • Telehealth (Zoom) Sessions: Available on Mondays and Thursdays during select hours.

  • In-Office Sessions: Available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during select hours.

  • Occasional Friday Availability: Limited appointments may be available on Fridays, and some special requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
