I offer a free 15-minute video or telephone consultation. The purpose of consultation is to see if we are a good fit for each other.  During the consultations, I assess if I am skilled to address your problem.  It is important to assess if you feel we are compatible to work together.

In-Office services are available to patients that are completely vaccinated from the COVID-19 virus - they must be vaccinated for at least two weeks after their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or two weeks after their single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.  Proof of vaccination is required.

Telehealth services are available to all patients residing in the State of California. Telehealth services allow for flexibility in how and where you hold your sessions.

I have been trained in multiple modalities of treatment and utilize a hybrid method of delivering therapy.

Primarily, I endorse a psychodynamic approach to treatment.  This means, I welcome you to talk in depth ("processing") while I listen and ask inquisitive questions or pose Socratic scenarios to ponder.

Secondly, I can utilize structured treatment plans to assertively tackle goals that you set.  We may work on worksheets together, formulate plans to help achieve your goals, and have homework assignments or logs to complete between sessions.

Thirdly, I welcome and invite feedback from my patients.  I am working for you and I need to know how to best serve you and your goals.

We will not be a good fit if you expect me to "give you advice" or "tell you what to do."  You are the expert of you and I am here to fit your needs.  I am not here to tell you what the right path is, but to show you the multitude of paths available and explore the many possible outcomes.
