I provide a complimentary 15-minute video or telephone consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other. During this session, I assess whether I have the expertise to address your specific needs. It is essential for both of us to feel compatible and comfortable working together.  


In-office services are available for all patients. I also offer the convenience of Telehealth services for patients residing in the State of California. Telehealth provides flexibility in how and where you hold your sessions. My focus is to ensure you receive the highest quality of care and support throughout your therapeutic journey, regardless of the chosen service option


​I have extensive training in multiple modalities of treatment, which allows me to offer a personalized and effective hybrid method of therapy.

My primary approach is psychodynamic therapy, which means I encourage you to freely express yourself and engage in in-depth discussions ("processing"). As you share your thoughts and feelings, I actively listen and ask insightful questions or present Socratic scenarios to facilitate introspection and self-awareness.

In addition to a psychodynamic approach, I am equipped to implement structured treatment plans for assertively tackling goals you set. This may involve working on worksheets together, formulating plans to achieve your objectives, and completing homework assignments or logs between sessions.

Furthermore, I highly value and welcome feedback from my patients. Your input is essential in guiding our therapeutic journey, as my ultimate goal is to tailor my approach to best serve you and your specific goals.
