I want to share a link to an article that I found helpful in giving me new perspectives on my disconnect with elder family members regarding talking about mental health and life experiences. While the article focuses on Filipinos, I think the lessons in the piece can apply to many Asian Americans. I am half Filipino and half Chinese and was able to relate wholly to the article.
